This series is based on the three Warrior poses which symbolises the power and strength of warriors. Virabhradrasana (Warrior) 1, 2 and 3 are explored in this series and weaved into empowering sequences.
This bundle contains three 30- 40minute yoga flows and a 10 minute guided meditation.

This theme runs throughout each part of the series and is based on the strength of the mythical fierce, protective Hindu Goddess, Durga.
