  • Tell me more about your classes.
    My classes are inspired by various different yoga teachers I have practised with over the years. I like to begin with a short meditiation and time to ground and centre the mind and body. The main part of my session tends to focus on building strength and creating heat, followed by a calming relaxation to finish.
  • How do I practise with you?
    Click on the 'Bookonline' tab at the top of the page then select either a group yoga class or a 1:1 yoga session. Select the date you would like to attend and then confirm and pay. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link details for the session.
  • How do I contact you?
    Click on the 'Contact' tab at the top of the page and submit a contact form with your enquiry. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
  • Why sunflowers?
    Sunflowers are beautifully bright and cheerful flowers that bring a smile to my face whenever I see them.
  • What qualifications do you have?
    I have a 200 RYT ceritficate with Yoga Alliance. I have a Foundations of Yoga certificate with the British Wheel of Yoga. I have a diploma in Aromatherapy. I have a certificate in Mental Health First Aid.
  • What do I do if I have a health condition that you need to know about?
    When you proceed to book an online class, there is a box for you to complete about any health or medical conditions. Please do complete this as it will help me to ensure you are practising safetly. You can always email me via the 'Contact' form at the top of the page for additional information.
